I have seen a 2 bedroom at this Community, but was unable to move at the time. Stopped by and Ashley was nice enough to show me a non-renovated 1 bedroom that had a perfect view of the lake/water, and even the mountains!! Though it is not renovated the view alone makes it worth the price.

Called to inquire about a 1 bedroom and to schedule a tour to see something yesterday at the spur of the moment. Ashley was very accommodating and offered to show me something since I was 10 minutes away. She also provided me with all of the information I needed to apply, I will definitely be filling out a application and leasing here. Staff was very helpful which made this a very pleasant experience.

Overall, not a bad community, but they definitely need to improve their response to maintenance requests. I placed an emergency maintenance request the 1st day after my move for the heater, but I am yet to see maintenance come in and address it despite me stopping by 3 days in a row. With the cold temperatures nowadays, that is just unacceptable.

I called and spoke to Jordan on Saturday 1/26/19 and she told me to come in and she would take me on a tour Sunday between 10-5. I arrived and the office was CLOSED. I decided to come back about an hour later thinking maybe their at lunch. The door was locked and it appeared no one was in the office. I was looking forward to touring and viewing this Landing.

Moving to Washington soon, and happen to drive by Landing at Angle Lake and had to make a stop. Such beautiful views of the Lake and Mountains, what a nice sight to see. The office opened at 9AM however the woman working was very accommodating and was able to show me something early. I also might say the Office was very welcoming. I will definitely be keeping this property in mind once I move to Washington.

I have to say that in the last few months, the office staff and Maintenance have all worked really hard on making our community better. I have seen parking improving, the grounds are looking beautiful and the garbage situation is improving, I am excited to see what the next year brings! Very impressed!
